Rhythms by the River: Willie B Blues Band

We’re thrilled to welcome the Willie B Blues Band to Fountain City for the very first time! 🎶

Free concert at the Fountain City Community Park — bring a chair or blanket and your favorite beverage, and kick back for a night of soulful blues under the stars.

Willie B got his start sitting in with Bay Area blues legends at iconic spots like Eli’s Mile High Club and Uptown in Oakland, Skip’s Tavern in San Francisco, The Quarter Note in Palo Alto, and JJ’s Blues Lounge in San Jose.

After returning home to Minnesota, he formed the Willie B Blues Band in 2010 and quickly became a standout in the Minneapolis–St. Paul blues scene, playing top clubs and building a loyal following.
