When it comes to foraging sap and cooking it down to maple syrup, many hands makes light work! Every day, once the trees are tapped, we’ll go for a hike to collect sap. The sap flows when the temperatures are below freezing at night, and get to the upper 30’s and 40’s during the day. Wear sturdy shoes and be ready to haul buckets of liquid, or just come along for the stroll!
