When life feels unsteady, how do we stay grounded?
“How to Be OK When Things Are Not OK” is a workshop designed to gently explore that question. Together, we’ll look at practical ways to build personal resilience, so you can continue to show up for yourself and your community. It’s about recognizing that our capacity shifts over time, and learning how to respond with intention as life’s pressures, injustices, and everyday stresses ebb and flow.
This workshop is part of Lived Experience Leaders, a program that supports people from all walks of life in developing leadership skills through training and shared learning. It’s presented in collaboration with The Joy Labs, led by a community-engaged multimedia artist and trained mental health professional, bringing both creative perspective and grounded expertise to the conversation.
